The original Valsetz was a game changing boot in the Tactical space. Extremely light, athletic and comfortable, it became the go to for military, police, TSA, security guards and those who spent all day on their feet.
It wasn’t without its issues, durability due to construction and a lack of breathability were the main problems. With the 2.0 I wanted to maintain the ethos of the original boot and improve those areas. We succeeded. This boot, at only $130, has retailers and wear testers very excited. We improved all areas, even adding a non slip outsole while improving bottom durability with no increase in weight at only 14oz. We bonded the molded eye stay and also added a 3D molded TPR toe. We used our Micro G foam for extreme comfort and added an EVA sockliner. Highly durable sandwich mesh upper for breathability with a leather vamp on some models for increased durability.
We have several variants of the Valsetz, from 5″ to 8″, all mesh, majority leather, AR670-1 Military compliant, side zip and more. This boot has to do double duty, that is be a Hunt boot as well so we did it in various UA Camos.
