Motorcycle AIrbox and Intake

The production capabilities for modern garage builders is mind blowing compared to our fathers and grandfathers times. 3D printed metals and CNC parts from China, FDM carbon parts you can print at home, and laser cut and bent/powdercoated metals from SendCutSend domestically have put home builders on par with OEMs. Designed and modeled this motorcycle airbox w/ a flapper valve for a parallel twin Honda. The airbox and ram air channel are meant to be printed out of PLA -6 carbon, the manifold runners out of aluminum 6061 print from suppliers in Shenzen China. Complete with hardware, brass threaded inserts and seats for O-rings.
