Nike Okwahn

The Original. Designed in 1997 for Teton Exum Guides. A big wall scrambling shoe built for comfort and resoleablilty. Nothing existed like it before, a shoe that was a cross between a sneaking and big wall climbing shoe. This allowed athletes to climb a big wall face or ascent and run down afterwards comfortably. Or just hang out and do some casual bouldering.

Sticky rubber bottom with full TPU plate for edging rigidity on rock and to make it easy to strip off old rubber and replace with new sticky. Cut and buff EVA midsole with drop in heel air bag. Comfy suede upper with perfs to aid in conforming to foot shape. Sticky rubber toe rand. Lace to toe for better lockdown. External TPU heel counter for rock protection.
